Position Overview

IHOP is looking for dependable and hardworking Combo Team Members to join our restaurant family! This role is a true combination position—you’ll help with food prep, dishwashing, cleaning, and general kitchen support to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food prep, including portioning, labeling, and organizing ingredients.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine, ensuring dishes, utensils, and cookware are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Keep dish, prep, and storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.
• Support cooks and servers as needed to keep the flow of service running efficiently.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health procedures to meet IHOP standards.
• Assist with end-of-day cleaning, trash removal, and equipment maintenance.
• Work as part of a team to complete daily side work and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—training provided!
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and work with cleaning supplies safely.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
